Delete your Anga account

You can make this request without installing, opening or signing in to Anga. Contact Anga support using the email address below.

This opens a draft in your email app. Send the email to submit your request. If no email app opens, write to [email protected] with the subject Anga account deletion request.

• Include the email address linked to your Anga account, if you know it.
• Say if you no longer have access to that email address or cannot identify the account.
• Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or a child's personal information.

Account ownership must be verified before deletion. Opening this page or an email draft does not delete an account. Sending a request does not mean that deletion has already completed.

Account deletion removes the account and its associated private content and access records. Some shared content may remain available to other members without the deleted account identifier. Limited security and deletion-safety records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy's account deletion and retention details.

Deleting an Anga account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage any subscription with the store that bills you.

In the iOS app, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion.

Android support is in pre-release testing. Where account features are enabled, open account settings and choose Delete account.
