Anga: Reading for Kids Support

Create and read stories on the web with an existing Anga account. Account setup, permission renewal, and Educator Access setup take place in the mobile app. The web companion supports selected Anga features.

• Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in the mobile app. Google lets you choose an account.
• If asked to finish setup, open the mobile app with that account. Complete its setup or permission steps, then return to the browser and choose I've finished setup — check again.
• If the wrong account is selected, choose Use another account. This signs out without deleting your stories or cancelling setup on mobile.
• If account access cannot be checked, choose Try again. An unavailable check does not mean you need a new account.
• The web companion does not send verification codes. It never asks for your mobile grown-up PIN.

During mobile setup, Anga explains its data use and asks the adult to confirm permission. Codes contain six digits and expire after ten minutes. Check spam or junk folders if a code does not arrive. With Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, check the inbox that receives mail from the Apple relay address. If you need help, send the device and approximate time of the attempt; never send us the six-digit code.

The four-digit parent PIN exists only in the iOS app and stays in that device's Keychain. The web companion neither asks for nor stores the PIN. If it is forgotten, use the PIN-reset option in the iOS app and verify the parent email again.

• Account deletion: In the iOS app, open Anga, go to Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email support from the parent account address.
• Privacy questions: Read the Anga: Reading for Kids Privacy Policy or email support.
• Shared content: Email support if a shared story link contains inappropriate content.
• Audio generation issues: Confirm the device is online, signed in, and parent-verified, then retry the story or word audio.

Anga: Reading for Kids is a children's reading app for ages 4-7. It supports illustrated stories, custom stories, themed word practice, phonics support, and account-managed content.
